As the Senior Director you will implement, lead and centralize teams within Brookdale Healthcare Services. You will lead a centralized Intake and Scheduling model to include: electronic scheduling, Referral Intake, Order and Face to Face reviews and approval, coordination of third party needs, coordination of all initial clinical needs and verification/authorization from managed payment providers. You will also be focused on leading the team in clinical prebilling review of held claims. Other responsibilities include monitoring Local, Federal and Medicare based entities for changes in policies or procedures which may affect clinical, sales, or operations programs, and ultimately drive a standard of excellence in clinical care.

Your responsibilities:

* Create, direct, and monitor the integrity of Brookdale"s Centralized Intake and Scheduling Departments.
* Develop, implement, and maintain a centralized scheduling model, which provides seamless clinician/patient scheduling
* Lead a team of clinical pre-billing review of held claims to ensure episode validity of payment
* Work closely with EMR and support teams to prioritize the incorporation of clinical standards and decision support tools into electronic health records.
* Coordinate with Operations to schedule activities and initiatives in order to maximize efficiency of field team(s) and meet the needs of the agencies.




Required skills and qualifications:
* Registered Nurse
* Bachelor"s Degree in Science or equivalent home health experience required
* Minimum ten years" experience in a nursing related field
