Your responsibilities:
* Directing the day-to-day functions of assigned staff
* Ensuring that assigned staff complies with the written policies and procedures
* Meeting with staff and support personnel to plan and schedule shifts, services, programs, and activities
* Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment
* Participating in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies
* Completing accident and incident reports
* Second Shift Supervisor in Charge
We seek the following qualifications:
* Must have be a current Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of IL
* Two years of experience working in an Assisted Living setting including caregiving experience
* Must have management experience; departmental and staffing
* Medication Management/Administration required
* Microsoft (Excel and Outlook) experience a plus
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail required
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
