Job Description:
The Residential Rest Estate Sr. Sales Associate monitors loan portfolios of U.S. Trust/Merrill Lynch clients, specific to mortgage products ranging from basic to highly customized arrangements. Possesses a high degree of mortgage knowledge including product, compliance, underwriting, and collateral requirements. Works closely with the Residential Real Estate Specialist, PCAs, PCMs and FAs in structuring and pricing. Interacts directly with clients. Serves as primary contact with client for all necessary follow up and information throughout the loan process. Explores opportunities to further/deepen the client's relationship by leveraging all areas within BAC. Looks for potential cross sell opportunities.
This position may be subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. If your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Previous residential mortgage/HELOC experience in the HNW arena required (minimum 4-10 years), and regulatory requirements demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics by complying with all Federal and State compliance policies and HMDA requirements.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
