Retail Sales Associate - Full-time / Part-time

TruMedic is OPENING A BRAND NEW LOCATION INSIDE TANGER OUTLETS!

TruMedic has an amazing product line and we are looking for equally amazing agents to help us market and sell inside a retail location. We are opening a NEW STORE inside Tanger outlets in Fort Worth. This is an hourly + commission position. 

Personal Skills and Attributes:

· First and foremost, we are looking for applicants who have a clear passion for sales and marketing.
· Great communication skills are essential – we’re looking for people who know how important it is to be able to communicate with different people, and are skilled in keeping conversations flowing and focused.
· The drive to meet goals and overachieve quotas.
· The attribute of pacing and gaining momentum in high customer traffic situations to maximize sale potential.
· Accustomed to adjusting schedules and availability accordingly.

· No excuse mentality. The person that is hungry to succeed and strives to be the best throughout every shift.

This position entails a set of responsibilities:

· Compliance with the Check In/Out process.
· Consistent communication via phone throughout the shift.
· Drive sales throughout the shift pacing towards goal.
· Full shifts on your feet with high energy in customer engagement.
