Headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, our offices are located throughout the East, Midwest and South, including Desoto, TX. Our Distribution Center is located within The Eagle Business and Industrial Park, conveniently located off I20 & I35E in Desoto.
The Operations Supervisor- DC Operations (3Rd Shift) will:
Supervise and provide leadership to associates within the Distribution Center; which includes picking, replenishment, garment alterations and shipping
Exceed daily production goals in a safe environment
Review and prioritize work orders and assign work crew members according to skill and priorities
Proactively manage and plan each day to exceed the Key Performers Indicators of the Operation
Manage and complete production schedules, employee attendance and progress reports
Identify DC Operations for Process Improvement review
Other projects as assigned for sustainability and safety principles
Desired Qualifications:
Possess a background in distribution center
3 years supervision experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment
Must be detail oriented
Self-motivated
Understanding of Business Analytics
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates (verbal and written)
Education/Certification Requirements
High School graduate or GED required;
Bachelor's Degree strongly desired
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products – particularly Word and Excel

Duties:
• Detailed annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
• Monthly close and variance analysis
• Account reconciliation and balance sheet control
• Analysis and calculation of adjustments for reserves, deferred revenue, and accruals as needed
• Billing
• Pricing and costing analysis for new projects and bids
• Performance analysis for existing project portfolio
• Responding to inquiries of finance leadership team and business partners
• Support the year end attestation engagement

• Provides analysis for performance against budget and business operating decisions

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
