Job Description
Woodbridge Home Exteriors is currently seeking an experienced, confident, results-oriented and proven manager to build, develop and lead a team of canvassing representatives in Dallas and the surrounding areas.

The customer experience begins with you and your team. This is one of the most essential roles within the company as you and your team are a direct connection to future sales and the first impression made on prospective customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Hire and select a solid team of 10-12 canvassing representatives
- Coach, develop, demonstrate and motivate each team member to ensure they are following proper procedures, guidelines and methodology
- Operate a company vehicle, mapping, permit logistics and other duties as assigned
- Oversee field activities of each team member
- Training activities, role playing, team meetings
- Set the pace for team's efforts exemplifying professional conduct and behavior
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have 3 years' sales and/or marketing experience (preferably in face-to-face marketing, field sales/marketing or canvassing)
- Strong, proven team-building and leadership capabilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean, professional appearance
