Job Description
The Wireless Zone of South Riding is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team. This includes in store activities as well as continuing to grow our SMB pipeline and outbound customer contact with the team
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities

Wireless Zone is a locally owned Verizon Wireless Exclusive Premium Retailer. We are currently looking for full time Sales Representatives as well as an Assistant Manager. We will train you to become the wireless expert in the local community, participate in community marketing efforts, greet customers, provide customer service, and sell Verizon Wireless cellular phones and service through a consultative sales process.
Previous experience with wireless phone sales is preferred but not required. Strong technical skills including proficiency with computers are required. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation includes an Hourly Base rate plus uncapped commissions, and bonuses. A top performer can easily make $50k-$65k per year.
