Job Description
Do you have a passion for food, cooking and entertaining? We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
To direct the opening and closing when the store manager and assistant manager are not present. To be proficient in all areas of sales staff duties and gain proficiency in assistant manager functions. To provide complete and outstanding customer service in all areas of retail and telesales. To facilitate daily operations. To support store merchandising and maintenance standards To play a key roll in facilitating floor management and promoting positive staff relation ----ultimately supporting a healthy work environment while increasing the sales and profitability of Kitchen Window.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other food related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
