Job Description
A fast growing nationwide fast-casual pizza concept is seeking to identify an Assistant Manager for their new location in Dallas, GA.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the restaurant to ensure high quality products and services are delivered to customers, and financial goals are met. We are seeking professional candidates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and have excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
Must have experience managing a Profit & Loss Statement, local store marketing experience, and experience training others for success. Experience turning around under-performing stores a plus!
Job Requirements:
• 4+ years restaurant experience.
• 2+ years Team Lead/Supervisor experience.
• Experience working in a customer facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional demeanor.
• Cash management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
