Receptionist / Cashier - Full-time / Part-time

The Keller Bros Family of Dealership Organization was founded as a single Ford dealership by Mark Keller, as Henry Ford personally handed him the Franchise in 1921. We are looking for an enthusiastic friendly individual to handle the reception needs of our fast-paced dealership.

Part Time Hours:

• Monday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Tuesday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Wednesday 11:00 pm. to 4:00 pm
• Thursday 11:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (every other weekend)

Responsibilities:

• Answering the telephone in a professional manner.
• Cashier Duties
• Filing
• Light Office Work
• Excellent Customer Service Skills

Qualifications:

• Experience in previous office administration is preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other various programs
• A great attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new tasks
