Job Description
Come join our team at Village Cleaners! We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager. The position requires an outgoing personality, and a positive and supportive Attitude.
The Assistant Store Manager works with the store manager and store owner to create a premium service to our valued customers. The ASM is the Team Lead for our Customer Service Representatives.
Basic Position Duties:
- Help maintain a clean store environment
- Provide a superior experience for customers.
- Learn, Dry cleaning, Laundry, and household department basics.
- Final inspection of Finished orders and invoices.
- Help Store Manager with Daily Operations.
- Assist and train New Customer Representative Employees .
Employment: 35 - 40 hours per week.
Job Hours: (subject to change slightly)
Monday 11am - 6pm
Tuesday 9am - 5 pm
Wednesday 12pm - 7pm (subject to change to 9 am - 4pm)
Thursday 9am - 3pm
Friday 9am - 4pm
No Previous job experience needed.
Training wage (First 6 months of employment): $13 per hour.
Standard wage (after 6 months): $14 per hour with optional Dental insurance.
