Concept Store Fixtures International Inc. is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket parts, shelves and skin kits for all major brands of OEM refrigerated cases for the supermarket industry. Locations include Repentigny, Quebec (Canada) and Greensboro, North Carolina (USA). Originally focused on aftermarket parts for refrigerated display cases, we have expanded our product lines and now include case reskins and glass door retrofits. Role and Responsibilities:
The Team Lead-Installation is responsible, along with his team, for the execution of all installation projects in accordance with the project scope. The work is to be completed on the schedule set out by the Director of Operations. This is a hands on installation position.
*This position requires flexibility to travel by car and/or plane to installation project locations and work variable hours (days/evenings/nights/weekends)
*Will will gladely accept candidates residing closely to Hartford metro area ( within 25-30 miles)
Responsibilities:
The Team Lead-Installation will:
Be responsible for carrying-out on-site installations, on-time and within budget
Work on multiple installation projects as assigned by the Director of Operations
Complete work according to contract specifications and established policies and procedures
Work as part of the installation team to resolve all project installation and operational issues and find root cause
Support any installation project issues and tasks as required by the management or project team
Perform pre-installation site surveys as assigned
Ensure that CSF quality standards are respected throughout the installation process
Report immediately upon completion of every project
All other tasks, as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education
High School Diploma
Experience
- Must have strong knowledge of construction and installation operations concept
- Previous experience in an Installation role
- Knowledge of HVAC an important asset
- Previous experience reporting completed work through a technology based reporting system, hand held or tablet device
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Able to work with power and hand tools in a safe manner
- Able to work collaboratively as part of the growing installation team
- Manual dexterity and common sense
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Applications, to include Outlook
- Ability to report work site progress and work site surveys through the BIM 360 Field iOS application
