INTECH INNOVATIONS, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.

Company Description

INTECH INNOVATIONS is a small, woman-owned company in Washington, IL.

INTECH was founded in April of 2007 by John and Tasha McCrary after John left his previous place of employment, a previous customer called John at home and asked him if he would consider starting his own company. That had never been a desire of his but after a lot of prayer, Tasha agreed that they should give it a try. With a laptop, a small desk in the corner, and their garage they would use as their warehouse, they opened the doors.
Tasha managed the day-to-day operations in the evenings after her other full-time job while John handled the sales and installs. Their handful of customers kept them more than busy for the first year and things got a little too big for the two of them to handle on their own. After much deliberation, they decided they had to hire someone so they brought on their first full-time employee to help with the installs in April 2009 and had an influx in business.
They found themselves working overtime rather quickly so they hired a family friend part time to help with the clerical things John continued working double shifts for a while. In April 2013 they hired another installer. Over the next few years, they were able to gradually bring on more installers. After 8 years they now have their own building and moved out of that garage.
Now at 10 years old the company is not only still here but continually growing at a slow and steady pace.
