Cheeseburger Bobby's is now hiring Managers for our new location coming to Augusta, GA.

We are seeking Managers who are passionate about people and customer service. If you have run restaurant shifts a minimum of two years and are known for outstanding customer service -- let's talk. As a Cheeseburger Bobby's Restaurant Manager, you'll manage both the front and back of house therefore, prior kitchen experience is a plus. You'll hire, train and most importantly, coach and develop your team. Responsibilities include inventory and labor management and P&Ls. The tools and training provided by Cheeseburger Bobby's will allow you to grow sales and increase profits while you and your team grow, professionally and personally.

Requirements:

-Ability/flexibility to work 48-55+ hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
-Self-discipline and initiative.
-Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
-Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
-Basic accounting skills and strong analytical and decision making skills.
-Strong leadership skills and ability to manage, train and motivate a diverse employee group.
-Knowledge of computers sufficient to fulfill management functions.
-Manager position requires minimum two years of restaurant management experience and Assistant Manager requires at least two years of restaurant experience and running shifts.
-Stable and progressive work history.
