Job Description
New Vision Marketing & Management is an established, promotional marketing firm in the Columbia, MD area. We are looking for an energetic sales representative that possesses a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals. Handle service inquires from customers. Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Ensure an extraordinary customer experience. In this role you'll hone professional sales techniques and learn about the promotional marketing industry as you build the customers relationships that are the foundation of our success.
General Job Responsibilities
- Utilizing consultative selling skills to solve customer problems and/or meet their needs
- Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
- Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Assisting with and participating in marketing efforts to create new business for our clients
- Using client branding material to expand product awareness
- Stay up-to-date on the latest product knowledge
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred
- Previous retail or customer service-oriented experience required
- Experience working in sales, marketing, and/or in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Participate with in-store marketing campaigns
- Execute sales and marketing strategies for clients
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Retail Sales Representatives are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives
