Job Description
Holy Land is currently looking for full time & part time Butchers. Flexible schedule. Pay starting at $12 up to $15 per hour depending on experience. Excellent benefits (paid vacation, bonuses, health insurance, retirement, short and long term disability insurances).
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of meat, ordering meats. Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats such as lamb, goat, beef and poultry to prepare meat in cooking form.
We are a Middle Eastern Restaurant, Deli, Grocery Store and Hummus Mannufacturer.
