Job Description
The Holiday Inn Express and Suites at Kent State University is looking for people to join our award winning team for the following positions:
- Room Attendants
- Laundry Attendants
- Breakfast Host/Hostess
You will be responsible maintaining our high standards in these departments as well as promoting guest satisfaction at all times.
General Responsibilities:
- Housekeepers - Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms to meet and exceed standards
- Laundry - Wash and fold linen and towels for room attendants
- Breakfast - set-up stock and maintain breakfast buffet for guest consumption. Close and clean buffet.
- Promote guest satisfaction with every guest interaction.
Qualifications:
- Dependable
- Professional
- Strong work ethic
- Open availability
- Housekeeping and laundry starts at 9:00 Sunday through Saturday
- Breakfast starts at 6:00 daily
- Previous experience not required but definitely a plus
All successful candidates will be required to submit to a drug screen as well as a background check.
