Cashier/Server - Full-time / Part-time

The Pepi Companies has an immediate opening for a Food Server/Cashier.

Summary: Take orders for food and beverages from customers and prepare according to the order using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures.

Primary duties:

1. Greet every guest with an enthusiastic welcome as they enter the café

2. Take orders from customers at counter.

3. Prepare order and check that it is accurate before serving to a customer.

4. Operate the equipment required for preparing food and ensure that is working properly.

5. Maintain food safety and standards in food preparation and personal hygiene.

6. Enter customer orders and compute bill using cash registers.

7. Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary.

8. Keep items needed at drink-dispensing and condiment area filled.

9. Clean and organize dining and kitchen areas.

10. Notify management of food or beverage shortages.

11. Follow all Company policy and procedures.

12. Regular and timely attendance.

Hours will be 4:30am - close (approximately 2:00pm each day). Monday - Friday - alternating Saturday & Sunday (6 days per week).
