GM/Sales Manager (Baltimore, MD)

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED, mature, aggressive, energetic, organized, self-starting individual to serve as GM of our office located in Baltimore.

The selected candidate would manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. The position is ideally suited for someone looking for an opportunity to build their future with a company poised for continued, rapid expansion over the next few years. You must have proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

  • 5+ years of experience managing business-to-business, OUTSIDE sale teams
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
  • Strong Work Ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven Prospecting and Closing Skills in a B-to-B sales
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as whole
  • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Personally observe the performance of sales reps in the field on a regular basis
  • Assists sales reps in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers
  • Offer coaching, support, motivation or information needed in order to help sales reps meet their objectives.
  • Constructively handle customer complaints
  • Prepare and conduct regular sales meetings
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with senior management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Ability to handle EARLY MORNING business
  • Schedule flexibility to attend evening business events on occasion
  • Experience in recruiting/hiring/training
  • Excellent Telephone Skills Computer Skills

Salary: $90k first year very realistic
