Job Description
Position Summary
The purpose of a Financial Pricing Analyst is to establish, maintain and analyze price reference documentation, and to generate pricing for proposals and RFP’s.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain consistent set of pricing models ensuring that methodologies are consistent
· Prepare multi-year cost/pricing models; ensure compliance with contracting regulations
· Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Perform job/customer profitability analysis
· Prepare customer quotes based on historical price points & current market value
· Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

ucation and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
· Experience with pricing in a manufacturing environment
· Minimum of five years hands-on experience in and analysis with a track record of success performing spreadsheet analyses, maintaining financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Strong PC/Computer skills
· Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Strong pricing and costing understanding
· Aptitude for analyzing information , with strong attention to detail
· Knowledge of computer software (ERP software preferred) – Microsoft Office; knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and other office procedures and terminology
· Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Knowledge of structure and content of the English language including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar

Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position the majority of the day and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer or other office productivity machines. Visual acuity is required for computer work and reading of materials.

Work Environment
Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to ink and chemicals used to run/maintain machines.
