Check us out at: www.thebeamteam.com There is currently an opening for Flex Lead to work with reset and remodel teams in major retail chains throughout FL and surrounding area. If you have at least a year of experience including some supervision of employees, are able to travel when required and have a clean background please respond to this posting with a copy of your resume. JOB DESCRIPTION: Work hands-on with the reset team to safely move and re position beams and shelving in store bays; relocate or adjust position of stock currently on display; relabel shelves with new pricing labels; place products, information, signage, stickers or other required materials in strict accordance with Plan-O-Grams, photos or other written or verbal instructions; and perform various remodel tasks. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in retail resets, building gondolas, store remodels, carpentry/electrical experience, merchandising and/or related work, and will have experience traveling up to 300-400 miles for different project sites across a region.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive bending, standing and walking, and be able to pull, push and lift materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Be available for third shift as well as for first shift and occasional weekends. There will be frequent travel throughout the FL and surrounding area (company paid hotel/mileage/per diem).
  • Have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and be able to pass drug and background screenings.
  • Basic carpentry skills is a plus.

FLEX LEADS MUST ALSO:

  • Have experience managing multiple projects within a region, and in managing crews during reset/remodel, meeting hours expectations while maintaining work quality.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner.

Starting rate is $15.00/hr. plus expenses and potential overtime.There are regular reviews along with opportunities for advancement, based on performance.
