Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our team! The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring integrity of gaming activities at the tables, while supervising dealers and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Ensure compliance with all Internal Controls and Standard Operating Procedures
• Supervise gaming tables to deter abuse/cheating by players or dealers
• Constantly watch for any forms of dishonesty or cheating by guests and/or staff
• Recognize value of guests and record gaming actions
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage department for proper and regular guest services
• Comply with all requirements communicated to the employee through the Company HR policies, Departmental Handbook and Employee Handbook and its periodic updates
• Adhere to all GAGC, WSGC and HR policies as they relate to functions of the position
• Participates in special projects and perform other duties as required

Education and Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with integrity
• Must possess excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
• Available and willing to work with flexibility for scheduling
• Knowledge of all games and gaming industry standards
• Knowledge of WSGC Policies and Procedures
• Professional appearance and mannerisms
• Computer experience with working knowledge of MS Office
• Must have the ability to communicate verbally in English
• Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must have superior staff-management relations
• Must have proven problem solving abilities

• Knowledge of mini-Baccarat
• 2 years table games experience preferred

Licensing Requirements

Employment is dependent upon licensure by the Washington State Gambling Commission (WSGC). New employees will begin work after their WSGC license is approved. Existing team members shall renew licensing annually.
