Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate in the Golf Pro Shop to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for interacting with golfers and guests, selling products, merchandise, and services in a golf retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer purchases
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or golf related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for golf desired
- Strong negotiation skills
