Overview
Administrative Sales Team Supervisor

Location: Clarkston, MI

Salary: Negotiable

 

Responsibilities:

· Candidate would be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies for increased productivity and resolving issues that arise.

· Go-to-Person for sales admin team responsible for reviewing quotes, invoices, and vendor orders. Ensure accuracy to protect the company from errors.

· Provides direct administrative and office support and collaborates across multiple areas within the company to advance strategy and goals.

· Maintain business contact database of potential clients and business partners.

· Monitor and communicate about multiple projects status within the company to managers and executives. Ensure that various company projects timelines are met and goals accomplished.

· Responsible for meeting all sales reps needs and help resolving customer’s issues.

Job Skills:

· Ability to accurately review and complete detail oriented information and projects, such as quotes, invoices and order processing.

· Extensive computer skills are required, proficient in MS suite.

· Strong Internet research abilities and communication skills.

· Excellent leadership and problem solving skills.

· Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision.

· Ability to work with wide range of people.

Qualifications:

· High school Diploma or College Degree.

· +3 years Supervisor/Management experience.

· Administrative experience.

· Salesforce and QuickBooks experience a plus.

· Experience with implementation of work place procedures.

· Professional appearance and manner.
