Jewelry Store Assistant

We are seeking a Jewelry Store Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. This position is for someone looking to grow within a company. The right candidate will be ambitions, be ready to learn, and willing to wear many hats in the process.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs 
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in jewelry related fields, customer service, and or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced or slow pace environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Time management skills
