Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Night Supervisor to join our Street Sweeping team! You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 staff members while managing a cleaning operation that involves street sweeping and pressure washing services for shopping centers, commercial parking decks, and large profile clients.

Responsibilities:

• Keep properties in first class clean condition
• Manage staff to ensure services are completed to company standards
• Perform routine site inspections
• Create and Manage Staff Scheduling
• Provide training of new staff members
• Enforce company policies, standards and procedures; measure results against standards, making necessary adjustments with employees thru performance reviews
• Resolve and improve operational issue

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Available to work 3rd shift (9pm-5am)
• Available to work rotating weekends
• Previous supervisory experience (3-5 years)
