Job Purpose:

The entry level Junior Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales objectives, assessing potential business in new and existing accounts, growing profitably and building long term customer relationships. To help develop marketing materials such as brochures, fliers, email blasts, mock-ups.

Duties:

1. Sell & promote products and solutions to targeted customers.

2. Develop new business as well as service and maintain existing accounts.

3. Initiate sales process & thoroughly qualify sales leads and prospective customers based on information from trade publications, trade shows, internet leads, cold calls, warm calls and other sources.

4. Balances effort and sales activities within designated geography.

5. Responsible for year over year growth of assigned accounts.

6. Quote pricing, delivery, sales terms and freight for customer purchases.

7. Partner with and provide support to the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

8. Handle all customer related issues.

9. - Update CRM software to create track-able history of communication with customers.

10. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

11. Receive, process and verify the accuracy of customers orders.

12. Initiate required action in response to customer request to change and or cancel order, update order accordingly and advise the necessary departments of the changes.

13. Maintains customer records by updating account information.

14. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

15. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have sales experience, Must show initiative and be willing to work hard, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation, Listening & Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking, Strong Communication & Organization Skills, Must work well under pressure, Mature Individual, Punctual, experience in packaging a plus.
