Qualifications:

  • Degree in hospitality or culinary fields preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience in production or commissary bakery overseeing bakery process and team
  • Experience with confection and pastry baking and new recipe development

Salary: 80,000 - 95k plus bonus

Location: Newark EWR Airport
