Qualifications:
- Degree in hospitality or culinary fields preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of management experience in production or commissary bakery overseeing bakery process and team
- Experience with confection and pastry baking and new recipe development
Salary: 80,000 - 95k plus bonus
Location: Newark EWR Airport
