We are a Pensacola Apartment Community seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Assisting Property Manager with various tasks as assigned.
- Handle collecting rent and tracking any delinquent accounts
- Preform leasing duties
- Walking move out units
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience is preferred
- Must be available to work 2 weekends a month
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong customer service background
- Experience using "Yardi" software is helpful (but not required)
