Job Description
The Replenishment Operator will perform functions within the Blending and Shipping/Receiving departments in order to ensure a continuous and appropriate supply of materials.
The essential functions of the Replenishment Operator, under the direction of the department Supervisor, include but are not limited to:
1. Read and follow mixing specifications for desired finished product, mixing same for specified period
2. Operate forklift, unload incoming truckloads of chemicals.
3. Pull materials in and out of inventory for use on department work orders
4. Use designed filling system, package finished product into specified containers.
5. Affix various product labels on finished products.
6. Ensure each of the other operators can continue to do their responsibilities without interruption.
7. Safely move various containers from to and from areas either by using appropriate tools, such as hand cart or forklift.
8. Remain alert for unsatisfactory quality of equipment and parts received into assigned work area and notify management as necessary.
