Stella's Belle is a specialty store with a variety of different collectibles such as figurines, cutlery, anime, jewelry and more. "Stella's", has a large following in Omaha and the surrounding cities. As a winner of Best of Omaha and a member of the Better Business Bureau Honor Roll, Stella's has a reputation for unparalleled customer service, high quality products, honesty and integrity. We are looking for those who would like to help us maintain our business and grow throughout this city and more.

No experience needed however, experience will provide a higher starting wage. There is a tremendous amount of potential and advancement in this business, if you so desire. As we grow, there is even the opportunity to eventually manage your own store if you choose.

Job Description

Pay rate can vary as described below and is established after a few days on the job to see if you meet the competency and energy level we are seeking. We pay well for those meeting our requirements. We are seeking both Full Time and Part Time applicants. We sell a variety of items such as Knives, Swords, Anime, Jewelry, Stainless Steel Rings, Figurines such as Dragons, Fairies, Wildlife and more.

Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Available

Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour + Commission & Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features (Training Provided for Knowledge of Products)
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Cross sell products
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers and connect with customers

Requirements

• Outgoing, personable and friendly with people.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• High school degree;

About Stella's Belle:

We have been in business for 15 years and have two stores in the Omaha Area. We have a newly opened 2nd store on 72nd and Military, in the Baker's Parking Lot. Our other location is a primary traffic source along with Barnes and Noble inside Crossroads Mall on 72nd and Dodge. We have built a large following in the Omaha area and surrounding cities.We have won Best of Omaha, Gift Shop for two years in a row, and we have been on the Better Business Bureau Honor Roll since the first year in business. We sell Collectibles, Knives, Swords, Anime Memorabilia, Figurines, Jewelry, Stainless Steel Jewelry, Incense, Oils and much more! We are happy to train regarding product knowledge and therefore it is not necessary to know a lot about these products before being hired. We are a vendor at the Renaissance Fair every year and participate in various events throughout the year. We are hiring immediately for those who seem to be a good fit for our store.
