Crew Manager - PMG

Description

Director of Operations will oversee current clients and work force as well as book new business. Specific responsibilities include: establishing and enforcing work standards, monitoring the work completed by the staff, troubleshooting/problem solving, training staff, as well as other tasks deemed necessary by CEO. The purpose of this role is to prepare the employee to take on operational goals and help PMG grow and get a bigger piece of the pie in the commercial and residential cleaning industry.

Essential Functions:

· Participate in staff hiring process by interviewing candidates when needed. Complete the schedule in a timely manner and ensure all clients are taken care of

· Conduct quality assurance inspections of clients offices and homes and make sure employees are adhering to safety and training guidelines

· Motivate the team to succeed in all aspects at work

· Provide guidance to the team and direction for the best of PMG and its clients

· Prepare documentation and disciplinary reports to employees when necessary

· Demonstrate and promote PMG’s culture, values and management philosophy

· Establish a high level of leadership by setting an exceptional standard

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

CREDENTIALS

High School diploma required. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Must have one to three years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer/client contact

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. Strong service/quality attitude.
2. Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
4. Strong public speaking skills.
5. Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.

PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:

• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods. Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Possible exposure to chemicals requiring special clothing or safety equipment.

A criminal background check, results of which are not necessarily a bar to employment, and a drug screen are required.

A valid driver license and reliable transportation are required.
