Job Description

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant crew!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of FOH, BOH and delivery drivers.
  • Ensure optimum efficiency of crew members
  • Train new employees 
  • Uphold all food safety regulations
  • Sufficient at food preparation/ cooking.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints 

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in restaurants, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
