Cake Decorator - Full-time / Part-time

Immediate opening for Custom Cake Decorators at Tampa Bay's Best Doughnut Shop.

Mini Doughnut Factory is a high paced, made to order Doughnut Shop that is passionate about creating unforgettable customized doughnut experiences, so that our customers leave thrilled and obsessing about their next visit.

Our Custom Decorator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Being part of the Factory Team and providing customer service and interaction that goes above and beyond expectation.
• Using any and all industry standard techniques to create custom doughnut orders
• Creatively filling customer special orders, including wedding and event orders by participating and leading out during all phases of the project including planning and execution.
• Dynamically selling products by providing customers with information needed to make product-relation decisions
• Assisting with the delivery and set up of custom orders as needed
• Assisting in all other duties in the shop when not working on custom orders

• Is a creative problem solver
• Places a high value on customer service and interacting with customers
• Is comfortable leading other employees through the stages of a project
• Works well in a team atmosphere
