Job Description:

Sawgrass is looking for an Ecommerce Project Manager to work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical support teams to lead technical projects in support of our strategic roadmap. This role will lead projects related to our B2B & B2C solutions by defining business requirements, creating technical specifications, and conducting user acceptance testing for new capabilities for our business partners, dealers and customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Use knowledge of marketing and digital processes and business acumen to guide cross-functional teams in the execution of projects

·         Manage 2-3 projects concurrently

·         Conduct business analysis and create flow diagrams of core business processes that new systems development will support

·         Define detailed requirements necessary for systems development and deployment

·         Create test cases and requirements traceability so that deployed solutions meet the expectations of partners, dealers and customers

·         Manage multiple technology vendors to deliver integrated system solutions

·         Create project timelines and drive progress to meet deadlines by overcoming obstacles with creative solutions

·         Responsible for guiding project team members, removing obstacles, and gaining consensus from the project team and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         4-Year college degree

·         5+ Years of project management experience

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fact paced environment

·         Ability to adapt quickly to change

·         Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills

·         Experience managing multiple vendors

·         Ecommerce project experience required

·         Demonstrated ability to initiate projects, create project charters and gather detailed requirements

·         Experience creating detailed project plans and schedules that are attainable based on available resources and other unique critical project dependencies

·         Ability to identify, communicate and mitigate risks

·         Demonstrated success at controlling scope and establishing change control processes

·         Ability to develop and execute test plans for project implementation

·         Experience communicating to and training internal and external stakeholders

·         Experience managing custom development projects

·         Experience managing SaaS solution implementations

·         Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint

·         Experience creating process flow diagrams

·         Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional and cross-platform solutions

·         Understanding of application integration

·         Experience managing projects across multiple technology solution providers

·         Experience managing project expectations and conflict

·         Experience integrating solutions with SalesForce

·         Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience preferred

·         Kentico or Magento experience preferred

·         PMP, Agile/Scrum or similar certifications and formal project management training
