We are currently interviewing for FOH / Service restaurant management positions for one the city's most popular destinations. Guests come to us for a fresh and handcrafted menu, craft beers and creative drinks, cool events and for relaxing get away for lunch or dinner.

One of Cincinnati's most respected, most dynamic restaurant leaders is interviewing now for Service Manager candidates who are tired of the same ole four walls and want to break away to a new restaurant management career path! We need skilled, high volume Upscale- Casual Full Service Restaurant Managers.

Viable candidates must have the following background:

· Solid tenure and management experience with a "mainstream" restaurant concept

· Experience in selecting, hiring, training and leading a large FOH team

· High-volume experience is a must

· Must have 3 or more years as a restaurant assistant manager

· Must have understanding of restaurant cost controls

· Must have and be able to demonstrate planning and organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal and team building skills are essential

· No “sideline” coaches need respond…only those who know how to lead a restaurant from a quarterback position need respond

· Must understand team motivation, and how to be the "mayor of the town"

· Beer, liquor, wine understanding is a plus
