Job Description:

Part-time or full-time position available for a Human Resources Leader that is skilled at recruiting, selecting, onboarding and training of new Team Members. This individual will be a key leader within the Eagan Chick-fil-A who is also responsible for overseeing operational labor scheduling of Team Members and associated payroll payment processing.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Completed some college or equivalent work experience; must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours a week and have consistent Saturday availability; the ideal candidate will have open / flexible availability throughout the week.
• Manage Human Resources functions such as recruiting, interviewing, overseeing all associated new hire paperwork, coordinating Team Member uniforms, onboarding and payroll entry, etc.
• Track and document all disciplinary actions all using integrated online system.
• Ensure the work schedule efficiently meets operational requirements and is in compliance with all State and Federal labor laws pertaining to minor employment.
• Work with the Operator to ensure there is upward advancement mobility of Eagan Chick-fil-A Team Members. Author training plan recommendations for Team Member advancements. Implement training strategies to enhance operational performance. Monitor and document all Team Member training completions.
• Computer Skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Focused attention to detail.
• Preferred: previous Human Resources experience with some specialty in authoring training programs.
