Position Type: Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Leading all kitchen operations to include inventory, checklist adherence, product quality standards, food safety procedures, personnel management, equipment maintenance.
-Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
-Preparing & packaging food orders for catering orders and in store, and operating the fry station as needed
-Checking for product quality and consistency
-Assisting ownership in assigned duties and tasks
Required Skills:
-Demonstrated leadership in a kitchen or food preparation operation
-Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40lbs
-Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
-Ability to multitask & quickly, yet thoroughly
-Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
-Positive attitude
-Customer service-oriented
-Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Salary: up to $16.00 /hour
