URGENT: Sitter Wanted - Two Hour Afternoon Nanny Position For 2 Easy Going Boys - Full-time / Part-time

Hello. We are a family of 4 ( 1 dog) living in Louisville. My boys are ages 6 (kindergarten) and 8 (3rd grade). While they often have a lot of energy, they are very respectful especially to people outside the family. My wife and I both work full time, but since I work out of our house, I have been in charge of the late afternoon care of our 2 boys. After finishing a day at Louisville Elementary School, our boys go to YMCA after care on-site. Most days, I pickup the boys at 4:45, have them finish their homework for the day, and cook some dinner. When my wife gets home around 6:15, we eat as a family. During the months of Feb-May, I will be in a class through those afternoon to early evening hours. I'm looking for someone to take care of the same routine above. Pickup kids (must have a car and I will provide 2 boosters for the back), supervise them while they finish their homework, and cook or reheat dinner for dinner between 6-6:20. First and foremost, I'm looking for reliability. My wife doesn't work super close and with me in class, we don't have a lot of backup available if you don't show up. I'm also looking for flexibility and communication. There are likely to be afternoon activities or play dates that crop up a few days before. While most of the time, the schedule will be as above, there will be exceptions. The best we can all do is communicate via email, phone, or text.
