About this job

Kelly & Associates Financial Services, Inc, is seeking an individual accountable and responsible for coordinating and providing training to new and existing clients on online products and processes related to payroll and benefits.
Some responsibilities include:
-Provide training and support to new and existing clients on KTBSOnline, My KELLY Time, HR Support Center, KELLY 360 and other KELLY Payroll products. This includes webinars and in-person training sessions.
-Assist with demonstrations to prospective clients as needed with KTBSonline, My KELLY Time, the HR Support Center, and KELLY 360.
-Develop and maintain a monthly training calendar for all client webinars.
-Assist with creating and maintaining a “Best Practices” guide for clients.
-Assist with recording audio trainings on the website and internal training as needed.

Requirements

Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree
-Five years of experience in training
