About this job
Kelly & Associates is seeking a subject matter expert to act as the liaison on the set up, testing, deployment and maintenance of all third party vendor integrations and in-house time and attendance products for the KELLY Payroll division of our company.
This individual will be expected to understand the technological aspects of new and existing vendor integrations, including but not limited to: incoming/outgoing demographic files, outgoing payroll contribution files, incoming/outgoing web service/API calls and to complete daily monitoring of scheduled file transmission and web service event logs to ensure integration success and timely review/resolution of errors.
Effective communication with our vendors and the ability to interpret, evaluate, and perform value analyses with the assistance of IT Consultant and internal technology team on newly proposed vendor integrations is a critical component needed in this role.

Job Requirements
- High School diploma required, college degree highly preferred.
- At least one year of program/project assistant/coordinator experience required.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency preferred.
