About this job

Answer inbound calls from general public regarding transportation and travel inquiries. Expedite calls to appropriate entities, troubleshoot to answer questions, answer questions with concern and compassion, ability to deal with customers at all level as well as de-escalate matters as needed.
Must be articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
The deal canddiate should be able to work in a team environment, have the ability to multitask to complete all deliverables daily. Proficient user of MS Office and internet based programs required.
