Director of Clinical Operations

HCHC is an established, multi-site FQHC community health center, seeking motivated Director of Clinical Operations. The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively as needed to achieve desired outcomes on clinical initiatives, including quality assurance and infection control. Management responsibilities include direct supervision of the nursing department and EHR specialist. Will work with department heads to insure efficient, quality and culturally sensitive medical, behavior health, and eye care services to the patients of HCHC. Qualifications include a BSN with experience in clinical operations, experience with the use of electronic medical records.
