we need a butcher that has years of experience braking down large sides and quarters and that is capable of doing quality work, and dependable.
There is help handling large pieces and cleaning up at the end of day. The butcher needs to understand Haccp plans and instructions and paperwork.
We will find close by housing for the right family in good school district. Pay is commensurate with knowledge with yield and quality of cut and dependability.
