Sanitation Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Sanitation Supervisor. This position works closely with the Director of Quality and Food Safety in overseeing all initiatives related to food safety and hygiene. The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for keeping detailed records of all sanitation-related activities and issues. This position is also involved in training and continues to improve the sanitation employees. Sanitation Supervisor responsibilities may include and are not limited to: •Work with department supervision to motivate, train and instruct Sanitation employees in cleaning production equipment and the facility •Maintain a good working relationship with employees through strong communication •Conduct daily safety, sanitation and GMP compliance inspections •Documents required activates and perform assigned audits •Knowledgeable in S.O.P., S.S.O.P., SQF and HACCP programs Perform training and oversee sanitation in all aspects of operations including tear down, set up, basics of cleaning, chemical usage, and lock out/tag out safety programs.
