Ohio Living Breckenridge Village in Willoughby Ohio is seeking an Executive Chef / Assistant Director of Culinary and Nutritional Services for its Grace Woods independent living facility. The Executive Chef / Assistant Director of Culinary and Nutritional Services provides hands on day to day supervision, management and leadership over the department and its operations. The position is part of a team of managers dedicated to customer service, culinary excellence and the fulfillment of the Ohio Living mission. This position is responsible for the supervision of approximately 30 full-time and part-time staff, both front and back of the house for the full service restaurant and catering services. Responsibilities will include: • Staff training and development. • Menu development. • Purchasing of foods and supplies. • Maintaining and establishing service standards. • Maintaining food safety standards. • Scheduling of staff. The hours of operation are Monday Friday 4:30pm 7:00pm, Sunday 10:30am 1:30pm, closed Saturday.
