In this role, you will work on various units throughout the business.  Duties include having responsibility for maintaining the kitchen as well as the employees and ensuring the standards set by the health department, the client and Entier are being implemented and met. Applicants should have undertaken the following training and obtained the relevant certificates: BOSIET (HUET)Catering Qualification and / or Time Served ExperienceFood Hygiene certification  – Candidate will preferably hold but not essential Applicants should actively demonstrate positive attitudes and behaviours and display an approachable, friendly and helpful manner to colleagues and customers at all times.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of catering/hospitality.
