About this job

Client Services Specialist - ACT Position available within the Assertive Community Treatment team, dedicated to providing intensive outreach services to adults with mental illness. Responsible for assessment, plan development, linking, coordinating, advocacy, etc. May participate in on-call rotation. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or related degree, with current Michigan Social Work license, along with experience providing service to adults who have a severe mental illness, required. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work. Salary range of $37,600 - $45,100, plus exceptional fringes, including employer sponsored training, insurance and pension plan.
