Assistant Manager, Operations, Night Shift This management position is for Tyson Foods' Lexington, Nebraska, location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the complex manager. The individual in this position must have strong operational background both in harvest and processing. They will assist with maintaining daily surveillance of overall operations and the performance of all facets of the facility, along with monitoring yields and general efficiencies of all departments. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years' industry-related operations experience in the areas of food production, fresh meats experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
