The Assistant Operation and Maintenance Manager shall be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing the English language. A minimum of five (5) years' experience with proven skills managing the specified services in addition to administrative tasks such as statistical reporting, management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and work order coordination.
